This is the best wisdom I can offer at this stage:
ONE. The main task of life is to meet challenges and overcome them. This takes insight (awareness, patience) and courage (power of will, perseverance, and resilience). When in pain, be gentle with yourself but address the stimuli. Learn… learn a lot.
