A diet is essentially a change in a pattern of behaviors. You probably never really thought of it that way, but this is an accurate portrayal. The change of behaviors occurs in what you eat, when you eat and how much you eat. If you conform with the dictated changes, you typically lose weight. If you do not, you don’t.

Irs Continues To Help Hurricane Katrina Victims

The IRS is often bashed as being unfriendly to taxpayers. In many cases, this reputation is deserved. In relation to Hurricane Katrina victims, it is certainly not.

As is well-known by now, the federal government did its best Keystone Cops imitation following Hurricane Katrina. Frankly, the action or lack thereof was disgraceful. It is somewhat ironic given this fact that one government agency acted swiftly, effectively and with common sense to help the victims of the tragedy. To the surprise of many, that agency was the IRS.

Funeral Celebrants

Whatever the age a person is when he/she dies, those who loved him/her will experience grief. That grief will come in many forms-anger, sadness, loneliness, relief, guilt and many other emotions or combinations of all of the above.

There are different names we can put to the ceremony where we pay tribute to that person: funeral, memorial, celebration of life. But whatever we name it and however it is done, grief will be a part of it.

Traditionally, funerals were held in a church and were attended by entire communities and large extended families. The church minister, priest, rabbi or pastor would lead the service. Today, there are still many funerals that follow this more traditional way of saying goodbye.
